I’ve just visited perhaps what is the most beautiful village in the UK, Payhembury in Devon. If you are visiting the South West of the UK then a trip to Payhembury is highly recommended. The village pub sits on a quaint English green, complete with flowering cherry tree, next to a lovely church, surrounded by old thatched cottages.
